
Art Director, Global Event Brand

As the Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall visual aesthetic and brand experience for our global events. We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio of event branding and design experience, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering successful and engaging event experiences. - Develop and execute the overall visual aesthetic and brand experience for ServiceNow's global events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a cohesive event brand image
- Design and produce all event branding materials, including but not limited to signage, digital assets, print collateral, and promotional items
- Manage and oversee a team of designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of event branding materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all event branding materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event branding and design
- Work closely with event stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate it into the overall event branding strategy
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external teams to ensure the event brand experience is engaging and impactful
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Continuously evaluate and improve the event branding strategy to align with business objectives and enhance attendee experience
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure event branding aligns with overall brand messaging and positioning
- Act as a brand ambassador for ServiceNow at events, representing the company's values and vision through the event branding and design.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Event Branding And Design.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Global Event Branding Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Brand Guidelines And The Ability To Maintain Consistency Across All Event Materials.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
