  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and goals of mid-market clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business objectives, utilizing ServiceNow's products and services.
  3. Act as a technical expert and consultant, providing guidance and support to clients on complex technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  5. Utilize your strong technical background to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve and refine service offerings.
  7. Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities and drive business growth for ServiceNow.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with ServiceNow's solutions.
  9. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and offer creative solutions to overcome them.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on how to best utilize ServiceNow's products and services.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and building brand awareness.
  13. Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable insights and feedback from clients to inform future product enhancements.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Technical Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Consulting, With A Strong Background In It Service Management, Cloud Computing, And Enterprise Software Solutions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Itsm, Itom, Csm, And Hr. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Features And Updates Of The Platform.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Advisory Solution Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients, Understanding Their Business Needs, And Providing Solutions. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Business Processes And How Technology Can Be Leveraged To Improve Them. They Should Also Have A Strong Grasp Of Market Trends And Competition In The Mid-Market Segment.

  • Ability To Drive Results: The Candidate Should Be Results-Oriented And Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Technical Solutions To Clients. They Should Also Possess Strong Project Management Skills And Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
