- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts to understand their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement tailored solutions for customers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and provide recommendations for optimized solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's cloud-based solutions and industry best practices.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and enhance our solutions based on customer feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Advisory Or Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Software And Cloud-Based Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Strategic Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
