  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, business processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's products and solutions, particularly in the insurance industry.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of ServiceNow's solutions to potential clients.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in their business success.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and proactively identify new opportunities for ServiceNow to innovate and differentiate in the insurance market.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and enhance ServiceNow's insurance solutions.
  9. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of industry-specific thought leadership content and collateral.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow and develop.
