- Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare operations and technology, providing guidance and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique workflows and processes in order to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform to address client needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare operations and technology to inform and enhance client solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and implementation, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to clients on using the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent ServiceNow as a thought leader in healthcare transformation.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate client feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Its Challenges, Regulations, And Market Trends.
Experience In Solution Consulting: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Solution Consulting, With A Focus On Healthcare Technology Solutions. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Understand Customer Needs And Develop Strategic Solutions To Address Them.
Technical Expertise: The Role Of An Advisory Solution Consultant Requires A Strong Technical Background, Particularly In Healthcare-Related Software And Systems. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Tools And Platforms Such As Servicenow, Electronic Health Records (Ehr), And Healthcare Information Exchange (Hie).
