  1. Provide expert guidance and support to Federal Civilian and Tribal Healthcare clients.
  2. Utilize a strong background in healthcare and government consulting to drive meaningful change and innovation within the healthcare industry.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions and implementations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance service offerings.
  8. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and projects.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on ServiceNow products and services.
  10. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients.
  11. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for ServiceNow, promoting our mission and values.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

  • Experience In Federal Civilian And Tribes Healthcare: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background And Understanding Of The Federal Civilian And Tribes Healthcare Sector. This Includes Knowledge Of Regulations, Policies, And Processes Specific To These Industries.

  • Technical Expertise: A Successful Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Servicenow's Platform, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Customizing It For Federal Civilian And Tribes Healthcare Clients.
