  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and their capabilities.
  2. Work closely with clients in the East region to identify their business needs and provide strategic solutions using ServiceNow products.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and provide recommendations for the most effective and efficient solutions.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process by delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow products and provide guidance to clients on best practices and industry trends.
  6. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  8. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the technology industry, especially in relation to ServiceNow products.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions.
  10. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  11. Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and conduct meetings and training sessions.
  12. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and participate in events and conferences to promote ServiceNow solutions.
  13. Act as a mentor and provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
