
Business (401k) Benefits Project Specialist
You will collaborate with Sentry’s IT, management and business units on projects related to 401(k) systems enhancements and provide system improvements, upgrades and technical troubleshooting. Provide technical expertise to our 401(k) Department and sales producers on system/technology related inquiries and resolve plan problems involving on-line, web or voice systems. Research and develop new solutions to positively increase efficiency of various 401(k) units or to encourage new sales. Research and resolve complex technical questions and problems as they relate to 401(k) systems. Coordinate the end-user testing and training of new releases and systems changes. Assist in the development of new and updating existing marketing materials
2-5+ years of equivalent work experience in either a 401(k) project management role or a business systems/IT role.
Broad knowledge of 401(k) and other retirement benefits a preferred.
Ability to motivate and work in a team environment.
