  1. Design and build customized Splunk dashboards for clients based on their specific business needs and requirements.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to develop efficient and effective solutions for data analysis and visualization.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their data and reporting needs, and provide recommendations for dashboard design and functionality.
  4. Regularly maintain and update existing Splunk dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevancy of data.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with Splunk dashboards, and provide technical support to clients as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Splunk dashboard development, and make recommendations for process improvements and updates.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for Splunk dashboard creation and management processes.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data integrity for dashboard creation.
  9. Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate team members and clients on how to effectively use and navigate Splunk dashboards.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business needs and objectives in order to provide valuable insights through data analysis and visualization.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple dashboard projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate dashboard performance, and make necessary adjustments to improve functionality and usability.
  13. Foster a customer-focused mindset and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the dashboard development and maintenance process.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Splunk: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Splunk And Its Various Components, Including Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, And Splunk Enterprise Security. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Splunk Dashboards, Reports, And Alerts.

  • Dashboard Design And Development Skills: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Designing And Developing Splunk Dashboards That Provide Meaningful Insights To End-Users. This Includes The Ability To Customize Dashboards Using Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Creating Data Visualizations Using Tools Like D3.Js.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Splunk Dashboard Engineer Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Understand Complex Data Sets And Identify Trends And Insights. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Issues Within Dashboards And Reports.

  • Knowledge Of Data Manipulation And Querying: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Data Manipulation And Querying Using Splunk's Search Processing Language (Spl). This Includes The Ability To Create Complex Queries And Optimize Them For Performance.

  • Communication And Collaboration: A Splunk Dashboard Engineer Should Be An Effective Communicator And Collaborator, Able To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Understand Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Effective Dashboard Solutions. They Should Also Possess Strong Documentation Skills To Create Clear And Concise Technical Documentation.
