
Talent Acquisition Diversity Program Manager
Work with key stakeholders within the business units they support, as well as the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) practice and across People and Culture (PnC) to craft and execute a strategy to meet our headcount goals while prioritizing diversity. As PM, this individual will track, manage, and drive execution against the strategy for their business units. Drive delivery to headcount and diversity goals for your business unit. Partner with the DIB team to craft a strategy based on the business units’ goals and forecast, total addressable talent market, and existing partnerships within Medallia. Track progress against goals, keep stakeholders informed, and flag challenges as they arise. Summarize outcomes and impact from key initiatives and propose ideas to improve. Form relationships with champions and key stakeholders across regions, designing localized programs that connect to our broader goals.
4+ years of progressive experience in recruiting and inclusive hiring best practices
Deep knowledge of diversity and inclusion nurturing & attraction strategies
Knowledge of applicable hiring process compliance practices, rules, laws and regulations (OFCCP, Rooney Rule, EEO/AAP)
Strong ability to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders
Global/International diversity and inclusion hiring experience
