Quality Control Technician

Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards. Performs inspections at specified stages in production of cosmetics such as receiving, final and in-process, and inspects products for variety of qualities and characteristics. Performs inspections of all product packaging lines using our AQL sampling system and line clearance parameters. Responsible for generating inspection documents/forms. Maintains various electronic logs and scans documents for traceability. Ensures PPE and GMP guidelines are followed by all, per. ISO22716 standards. Responsible for ensuring sanitization of equipment processes are followed and maintaining complete cleaning records. Collects and stores retain samples for bulk and finished goods. Coordination of internal and external laboratory test requests. Generates dispositions for status of release to all manufactured batches. Monitors DIS for contamination by performing monthly tests.
