Job Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates IT business ERP (NetSuite) systems and business requirements. Writes detailed description of requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Consults with users and gathers, analyzes and prioritizes their problems and requirements. Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, projects, change request and support tasks for the entire NetSuite application and ecosystem. Create new dashboards, saved searches, manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and fields, and create custom workflows. Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required. Analyze requests and develop system requirements from workflow charts or diagrams to support business processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with International/Global Migrations or Implementatinos of ERP systems

  • Collaboration/Ability to fit well with cross-functional teams/direct-clear communication

  • Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles (including understanding business processes, gathering user requirements

  • 3+ years of business systems analysis experience
