  1. Monitor and interpret cardiac activity for patients using telemetry equipment.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all cardiac readings.
  3. Communicate any changes or abnormalities in cardiac activity to medical staff.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
  5. Maintain and troubleshoot telemetry equipment as needed.
  6. Adhere to all hospital and department policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  8. Work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment with attention to detail.
  9. Assist with patient care activities such as vital signs, EKGs, and other procedures as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  12. Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in telemetry technology.
  13. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  15. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while representing the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Certified Telemetry Technician Training Program Or Equivalent Experience.

  • Knowledge Of Ekg Interpretation And Ability To Identify Arrhythmias.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Telemetry Equipment.

  • Strong Communication And Documentation Skills.
