1. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs of patients using telemetry equipment.
2. Report any changes or abnormalities in patient's condition to nursing staff and physicians in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient's cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
4. Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient's condition.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with telemetry equipment.
6. Educate patients and their families on the purpose and use of telemetry monitoring.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control protocols.
8. Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information at all times.
9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on advancements and changes in telemetry technology and techniques.
