- Ensure proper placement and functioning of telemetry leads on patients.
- Respond promptly to alarms and notify appropriate medical personnel.
- Document and maintain accurate records of patients' cardiac rhythms and any interventions performed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement appropriate care plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Maintain knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret and report cardiac rhythms.

- Attend and actively participate in trainings and educational programs to stay current on new technology and techniques related to telemetry monitoring.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures in performing duties and handling patient information.

- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families during stressful situations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or healthcare team.
Certified Telemetry Technician: The Candidate Should Possess A Certification As A Telemetry Technician From A Recognized Institution, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Proficiency In Monitoring And Interpreting Cardiac Rhythms.
Experience With Telemetry Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working With Telemetry Equipment, Including Setting Up And Troubleshooting Monitor Alarms, And Accurately Documenting Patient Data.
Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology: A Strong Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology Is Essential For A Telemetry Technician To Accurately Interpret And Respond To Changes In Cardiac Rhythms.
