  1. Provide technical support and assistance to employees in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  3. Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team for resolution.
  4. Ensure all support requests are properly documented and tracked in the help desk system.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for technical support.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide knowledgeable support to employees.
  8. Train new employees on technical systems and processes.
  9. Identify recurring technical problems and work towards implementing permanent solutions.
  10. Communicate technical information and updates to employees in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing technical support.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and IT teams for technical support and issue resolution.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and employee information.
