1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans.

3. Administer wound care treatments, including wound cleaning, dressing changes, and application of topical medications.
4. Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, prevention, and self-care.
5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
