Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy: A Rt At Select Medical Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current State Licensure: The Candidate Should Have A Valid License From The State In Which They Will Be Working As A Rt.

  • Certification By The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc): Select Medical Requires That All Rts Hold A Valid Certification From The Nbrc, Such As The Certified Respiratory Therapist (Crt) Or Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: To Be Considered For A Rt Position At Select Medical, Applicants Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Rt In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Rts At Select Medical Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
