5. Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations.
6. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in accordance with licensing and regulatory bodies.
7. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and document all nutrition-related interventions.
8. Provide support and guidance to patients in overcoming barriers to healthy eating habits.
9. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
10. Act as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals on nutrition-related topics.
11. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and programs.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
13. Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and responsibilities in managing their own health.
14. Maintain confidentiality and respect patients' privacy in all aspects of care.
15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
