Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Select Medical. The successful candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality services. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and be licensed and/or certified to practice in the state of the facility. In addition, the candidate should have at least two years of inpatient pharmacy experience and a working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems. We are looking for a Pharmacist with a personal commitment to excellence and a dedication to providing quality patient care. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of medication safety initiatives, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
