The Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehab will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, participating in the medication reconciliation process, and providing medication-related patient education.The successful candidate should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and be licensed in the state of practice. Previous hospital experience is preferred, and the ability to work well with a variety of healthcare professionals is essential. Knowledge of pharmacy systems, practices and regulations is necessary, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.
