As an integral part of the Select Medical team, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Inpatient Rehab Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. You will be responsible for managing medication orders and providing drug information, as well as maintaining patient safety through accurate medication distribution and assessment. To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice. Additionally, you must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
