Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehab

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Select Medical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting, and will possess a strong customer service orientation and commitment to patient care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services to our patients, and will be responsible for prescription monitoring and processing, medication reconciliation, and clinical interventions.The successful candidate should have a PharmD degree from an accredited college or university, and a current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the state where practicing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
