Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehab

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid Pharmacist license in the state of employment. In addition, we are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years of hospital pharmacy experience, and an understanding of the principles and concepts of inpatient hospital pharmacology. You should also have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of healthcare professionals. Finally, you must have a commitment to delivering quality care and to creating positive patient experiences.
