The Patient Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all patient needs are met, from the initial phone call to the completion of the visit.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge of medical terminology and experience with healthcare billing and coding. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
