1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
2. Assist in the assessment and evaluation of patients' functional abilities and limitations.
3. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
4. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
8. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the organization and governing bodies.

10. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.
11. Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and other team-based activities.
