- Provide compassionate care to patients in need.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Continuously assess patients' physical and emotional well-being and provide comfort and support as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide input on patient care plans.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and safety.
- Attend ongoing training and education programs to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to ensure high-quality care for patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Completion Of A State-Approved Nursing Assistant Training Program.
Current Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) In The State Of Employment.
Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team.
Physical Ability To Perform Tasks Such As Lifting And Assisting Patients With Mobility.
