Completion Of A Medical Assistant Program: A Key Qualification For A Medical Lab Assistant Job At Select Medical Would Be The Completion Of A Recognized Medical Assistant Program. This Program Should Cover Topics Such As Phlebotomy, Medical Terminology, And Laboratory Procedures.
Certification As A Medical Assistant: Select Medical May Prefer Candidates Who Are Certified As A Medical Assistant Through An Accredited Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt).
