Instructional Designer

At Select Medical, we are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and a passion for developing innovative learning solutions. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing and evaluating training programs to increase learner engagement, comprehension, and retention.The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a proven track record for developing successful training programs. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. A creative, organized and detail-oriented individual with a flair for instructional design and development is essential.We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field; and at least five years of experience in instructional design. The ideal candidate also has experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or virtual learning environments (VLE). They must possess knowledge and experience in the development of interactive e-learning, web-based training, and blended learning programs. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to contribute to our team and help create innovative and effective learning experiences.
