- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation and training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct issues, providing guidance and support in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events and employee recognition programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office.
