As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our organization by assisting with various HR functions.   1. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Coordinate and schedule employee trainings and development programs.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to assist with HR projects and initiatives.
  6. Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time off and attendance.
  7. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  8. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  9. Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  10. Manage and maintain HR files and records, both physical and electronic.
  11. Act as a point of contact for employees' questions and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  14. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR process.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to employees and external contacts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
