Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, Preferably In Quality Management.

  • Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (Cphq) Or Other Relevant Certification.

  • Knowledge Of Current Quality Improvement Methodologies And Best Practices, Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
