Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In Case Management Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Successful Case Management Programs, With A Focus On Quality Improvement And Cost Reduction.
