- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform communications strategies and messaging.
- Monitor and track media coverage and social media engagement, and provide reports to the communications team.
- Help maintain and update company website and social media accounts.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives, including press conferences and community outreach programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for new communication initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and assist with market research projects.
- Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed.
