1. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
2. Provide hands-on therapy interventions and exercises to help patients improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
3. Monitor and document patient progress, including any changes in condition or response to treatment.
4. Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their treatment plan and progress.
6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new treatment techniques to continuously improve patient care.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and billing information.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive treatment environment.
10. Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and goals.
12. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality of care.
