- Conducting initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conducting reference and background checks on potential hires
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientations
- Building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to attract new talent
- Collaborating with team members and hiring managers to identify and address any recruitment challenges or issues
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Recruitment Or Human Resources, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks.
Knowledge Of Recruiting Best Practices And Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems.
