We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Sales Associate to join the See’s Candies family! Our Sales Associates are the face of See’s Candies, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect treats for special occasions and everyday moments. The ideal candidate is passionate about our products, has a positive attitude, and is excited to help our customers find the perfect candy to make their day just a little bit sweeter.To be successful in this role, you should have an outgoing and friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Responsibilities: -Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service -Assist customers in finding the perfect candy for special occasions and everyday moments -Answer customer inquiries regarding See's Candies products -Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting store space -Ensure accuracy and efficiency when processing customer orders -Assist with store merchandising and inventory management -Work collaboratively with other Sales Associates and store management team -Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business -Assist with promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
