Sales Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Sales Associate to join our family-owned See's Candies shop! Our customers come from all over to experience the exceptional quality and service that See's Candies is known for, and we are looking for a Sales Associate to help ensure they have a great experience. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and an enthusiasm for our delicious products. The right candidate will have a passion for sales, a friendly and positive attitude, and a commitment to ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. To be successful in this role, you will need: • At least 1 year of retail sales experience • A strong customer service background • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • The ability to lift up to 25lbs. • A friendly and outgoing personality • A passion for selling • A reliable and organized approach to work • The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

2. Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge.

4. Stock shelves and restock merchandise as needed.
5. Maintain a neat and clean store environment.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers have an outstanding experience.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for See's Candies products.
10. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Lift, carry and move up to 25lbs of merchandise.
12. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
