Lead Sales Supervisor

We’re looking for a passionate Lead Sales Supervisor to join the See's Candies team! If you’re an experienced sales professional who loves interacting with people and has a knack for leading and motivating others, this is the job for you! As Lead Sales Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing retail store operations and managing a team of sales associates. You must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. In addition, you should have a minimum of two years of retail sales management experience, and be knowledgeable of retail operations and the candy industry. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee retail store operations and manage a team of sales associates.
2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer service.
4. Monitor store performance and ensure that sales goals are met.
5. Create and maintain an efficient and effective working environment.
6. Train, motivate, and provide feedback to sales associates to ensure performance goals are met.
7. Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is regularly replenished.
9. Develop and implement promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
10. Analyze and report on store performance and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
