As the Lead Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and motivating a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and bubbly personality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and at least 2 years of retail experience. You should be able to provide effective guidance and instruction to ensure that sales associates are meeting their assigned goals and providing superior customer service.
