Lead Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Sales Supervisor to join See's Candies and help lead our sales team to success. As Lead Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, ensuring that all team members are meeting and exceeding their sales goals. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the sales team, training and developing team members, and creating a fun, collaborative work environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for sales and customer service, be an excellent communicator and leader, and have the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Experience in sales and/or customer service is essential, as is strong organizational skill.
