Lead Sales Supervisor

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales Supervisor to join See’s Candies and help us continue to grow our business. As a Lead Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, training and managing a team of sales associates, and driving sales and profits. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an ability to work flexible hours and shifts. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Train and manage a team of sales associates, helping them to develop their sales and customer service skills.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profits and reach sales goals.
4. Monitor sales associates’ performance and provide feedback and guidance in order to ensure they are meeting targets.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date on See’s Candies products and promotions.
8. Work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
