4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
5. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
6. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
7. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
8. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with shipments in a timely manner.
10. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
