Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team at Sears. Our ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of warehouse operations. You will be working in our warehouse, helping to move merchandise, unload shipments, and prepare orders for delivery. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unload incoming shipments.
2. Inspect products for damage and discrepancies.
3. Stock shelves, racks and other storage areas with merchandise.
4. Pick and pull merchandise from storage areas and pack orders for delivery.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports.
6. Utilize inventory management systems to track orders and manage stock levels.
7. Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory.
8. Ensure warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times.
9. Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
10. Adhere to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment when necessary.
