Warehouse Associate

Sears is looking for a Warehouse Associate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join our team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
2. Ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.
3. Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise.
4. Count and inspect incoming merchandise for any discrepancies and report them to management.
5. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
6. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain documentation of all warehouse activities.
9. Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
10. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed.
