Job Description

At Sears, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our service operations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and has a strong work ethic.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and experience in appliance repair. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are also required. Additionally, you should be an excellent communicator, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair appliances in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain and update records of repairs and customer feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
  • Remain current with new technologies and products.
  • Complete assigned tasks within given time frames.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Keep up-to-date on warranty procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety and industry regulations.
