Loss Prevention Associate

Sears is looking for a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team! We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. 1. Monitor store activity for any suspicious behavior or theft.
2. Monitor and maintain store security standards.
3. Investigate shoplifting and other incidents of theft.
4. Provide customer service to customers in the store.
5. Assist with store inventory counts.
6. Maintain accurate records of store security activities.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
8. Follow company policies and procedures for loss prevention.
9. Assist in training and developing store staff on loss prevention best practices.
10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
