We are looking for an experienced and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Sears. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. If you have a passion for accuracy and dedication to meeting deadlines, we want to hear from you!As an Inventory Control Specialist at Sears, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory levels in each store. You will work closely with store personnel to ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and accounted for. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring that all inventory adjustments are made in a timely manner.This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and can work independently. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field• At least two years of inventory control experience• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently and multitask• Knowledge of inventory management systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and control inventory levels in each store.
  2. Work closely with store personnel to ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  3. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure that all inventory adjustments are made in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
  5. Assist with the preparation of reports related to inventory control.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is adequately replenished.
  7. Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  8. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Train store personnel on proper inventory control processes and procedures.
  10. Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to management.
