Inventory Control Specialist

Sears is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to help ensure that all products are accurately tracked, managed, and recorded. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:

1. Verify the accuracy of inventory records and maintain accurate data in the inventory system.
2. Monitor stock levels to ensure that the inventory is sufficient for current and future needs.
3. Investigate discrepancies in inventory levels and take corrective action to prevent shortages and overstocks.
4. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
5. Assist in the physical inventory process by counting and recording inventory in the system.
6. Prepare reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies.
7. Track and manage the supply chain process from order to delivery.
8. Work closely with store managers to ensure that inventory is properly managed and accounted for.
9. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
10. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed in relation to inventory control.
