Job Description

Sears is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team! We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life. The successful candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in home improvement sales. If you have experience in the home improvement industry and are eager to work collaboratively in a team environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  2. Educate customers about the features and benefits of home improvement products and services.
  3. Develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and present suitable product options.
  4. Generate sales through in-store and telephone inquiries.
  5. Prepare and present quotations and contracts for customers.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all product lines and services.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to stay abreast of new products.
  8. Keep up-to-date with all home improvement regulations and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor and manage sales performance to meet targets.

Compensation
